Comparing of PPM tools - MS PPM and Service NOW SPM

Has anyone done their own comparison of PPM tools pros and cons? (I am particularly interesting in comparing Service NOW and Microsoft PPM)

Most companies I've worked with had their PPM tool. I've never had to compare them.
