My PMP application has been selected for audit by PMI. I have to provide documentation to show that I've attended Seven (7) (1-hour Webinars) on ProjectManagement.com. How do I go about providing the documentation to PMI to obtain credit for the associated 7 PDUs ?

Dwayne -

Take a look at the Webinars - Earning PDUs menu topic. It indicates how you can get proof of PDUs earned but the same should apply for contact hours for PMP application purposes.

Thanks Kiron! I now see the info. The statuses for the Webinars show "Processed" along with a 'Submitted to PMI date" & "Submission ID". However, After speaking with PMI Operations, I was informed that the Webinars doesn't count towards contact hours for PMP Application.

Thanks again for your response!

Unfortunately, the community's webinars do not count as "formal education".

Dwayne,

Try this: Under your picture (Top Right) select account from the drop menu. Under account, there is a section for PDU's Awarded (4th from Last) - You should find a record of your attended webinars and PDU's.

Let us know if this works.

Hi Dwayne,

Have a look at this link to help determine how to obtain the required 35 contact hours.

https://www.project-management-prepcast.co...ement-education

When I was first completing my application, I too was confusing PDU's and contact hours. These are not the same thing. You can use those PDU's once you have your PMP though!

An option is this - https://www.udemy.com/pmp-certification-complete/

Good Luck!

Thanks again Andrew. I am strongly considering to sign up for the option you suggested at - https://www.udemy.com/pmp-certification-complete/

They appear to have a sale now on their courses for $10.99 which is almost unbelievable.

Are you aware of anyone who has personally taken their courses to confirm their validity? I want to ensure that PMI will accept the contact hours for completing their courses.

Thanks again and Happy New Year!

Attending webinars do count towards the PDU requirements for renewal of certification not towards PMP application.

For PMP application you require 35 contact hours of formal project management education earned from an R.E.P (Registered Education Provider), it can be in person or online.

I don't think so that in any part of PMP application, do they ask information about earning PDUs.

Thanks to all for your replies. Since the webinars don't count as formal education , I am seeking to find a source to obtain the 7 hours from an REP to ensure that my application will pass the audit. I'm open for suggestions anyone may have which will help me achieve the 7 contact hours quickly and without much expense.

Thanks again for your help and Happy New Year!
