An essential part of developing effective management, leadership and life skills is finding a good mentor. Having someone that cares enough about your development that they are willing to invest in your learning, growth and evolution is profoundly valuable.

Finding a good mentor, however, is challenging. You can’t—or shouldn’t—just write out of the blue, and ask “Will you be my mentor?” Points for audacity, but that’s an approach that is unlikely to produce positive results.

Getting positive and effective support and guidance can make careers. Knowing whether or not the advice your are getting is helpful or harmful is a whole different challenge. People come into our lives for many reasons. They have different perspectives and views, that are shaped by their own personalities, beliefs, values and experiences.

The goal of personal development is to become the very best version of you that is possible. Getting effective support and assistance in that effort can make a huge difference. Finding credible mentors, building effective relationships and critically learning from them is essential.

If you have questioned the value of mentorship—and how to find a mentor that matters—this is a webinar that you won’t want to miss!
