Project Management

Project HEADWAY: Failure To Launch

By

The launch of a project is supposed to be an exciting time. After months (or years) of effort, you are finally about to realization the culmination—and actual deployment—of all of your work.

What happens, though, when you get to the point of theoretical implementation, and your project isn’t ready? Launch isn’t possible? Implementation is considered inadvisable or downright catastrophic?

The pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results is often huge. Raising your hand and saying the project results are not ready for prime time is a difficult thing to do. Sometimes, however, it is the only thing you can do. What you must do. What is fundamentally required.

This webinar explores the challenges of launching, and in particular the difficulties that are faced—practically, emotionally and especially politically—when launch isn’t possible.

If you’ve ever struggled to meet your deadline (and who amongst us hasn’t?) or you fear the consequences of what will happen when you don’t in the future, this is a webinar that you won’t want to miss.
