By

“This is a marathon, not a sprint.”

How many times have you heard this as you embark on a large undertaking?

Despite this observation, though, it often feels like we are running full out from the outset, and the pressure continues to unrelentingly grow the further the project advances. From building support to navigating problems and uncertainties to the intense pressure of preparing for going live, the pressure in projects never really stops.

The challenge is how to recognize and manage burnout when it happens. More importantly, you need to develop a strategy for the long term that avoids burnout wherever possible, and mitigate it when it arises.

If you are a project manager that has every questioned why you are doing this, whether you can go on, and how you are going to make it to the end (and survive the project that comes next) then this is the webinar for you.
