The Orchestrated Enterprise: Scaling Agile with Agentic AI Moving from Predictive Planning to Real-Time Resilience

As we navigate 2026, the complexity of enterprise-scale delivery has surpassed the limits of manual coordination. This session explores the transition from "Doing AI" (using chatbots) to Being Agentic, integrating autonomous AI agents into the heartbeat of DA and SAFe. Through a poll, deep-dive Fintech case study and an interactive "Bot vs. Boss" workshop, participants will discover how to leverage predictive analytics for PI Planning, automate cross-team dependency mapping, and evolve the role of the PM from a task-tracker to a high-value Orchestrator.

This presentation is designed for mid-to-senior level project professionals operating in complex, multi-team environments:
Project & Program Managers (PMPs): Looking to automate administrative overhead and focus on strategic delivery.
Release Train Engineers (RTEs) & Scrum Masters: Seeking to de-risk PI Planning and improve team flow.
PMO Directors & Transformation Leads: Interested in the governance, ethics, and "AI-Agile" tech stacks of 2026.
Product Owners/Managers: Needing data-driven insights for prioritization and capacity balancing.
