What difference could a project manager make to the project, the project team and the organization if they were involved in defining the change story? If they truly understood the inarguable reason to make the change and do the project? This presentation will explore the value of articulating a clear change story in the context of whole systems thinking. It will consider the value of having the project manager involved in defining and selling the change story, or at minimum, understanding and tying the change story into the planning and execution of the project. Finally, the webinar will look at the role of the project manager as a change agent in relation to the change story itself.
