While project management is a universal set of skills, and should be universally applicable, there are some types of project that tax the abilities of project managers to a far greater degree than what could be considered ‘usual’. Ask anyone that has managed a business process improvement project, and they will tell you that managing a business process improvement project is one of these challenges.

There are a number of underlying reasons why the challenges exist, from their complexity to their scope to their uncertainty. Combined, however, the circumstances are such that process improvement projects are some of the most managerially and politically demanding initiatives that a project manager will take on during their career.

In this webinar, Mark Mullaly explores what it takes to manage a business process improvement project successfully. He explores why process improvement projects are difficult, and the factors that make them challenging to be able to manage. He also introduces strategies to more effectively manage these projects successfully. Find out how to approach the initiation, the planning and ultimately the management of business process improvement projects in ways that will most reliably deliver success.
