Well, they used to be our worst nightmares, until we got a regular nine-to-fiver as a project manager and discovered how scary life really gets. Beginning with the monstrous lie that 'nine-to-five' was.

In this presentation, Mark Mullaly explores the scary world of projects-gone-wrong. He examines some of the great (and not so great) project failures that have haunted the halls of project management. He probes the detritus to find out just what happened, and examines the entrails to figure out why it happened. Most importantly, he draws what insights he can from this motley collection of ghoulish gore to offer suggestions for how we mere mortals might avoid a similar tragedy.
