Following up on our well-attended January webinar, this presentation delves further into the world of program management. A key element of programs is the coordination and alignment of multiple projects in order to ensure the delivery of value. In fact, the entire focus of program management is ensuring the delivery of outcomes and realization of benefits.

There is a challenge here. Value is a nebulous concept. Benefits realization is a popular topic. Value is a topic of discussion when we are dealing with projects, programs and portfolios. Delineating what we mean by value, and how we ensure that program benefits are realized, becomes critical.

In this presentation, Mark Mullaly delves further into program management as a vehicle for delivering strategic value. He explores how value realization differs at a program level, and what this means for successful program management. In particular, we’ll explore how best to structure programs, coordinate processes and align expectations to focus on the successful attainment of program value.

For those who are responsible for program management, those who are wanting to better understand programs and how they differ, and particularly those who want to better harness the delivery of value, this presentation is for you.
