The Agile Enterprise: Are the Initial Principles Still Valid Today

linkedin twitter facebook Request to reuse this

Agile Enterprises are a reality. Many organisations extended and expanded Agile frameworks created by and for software development as a solution to become Agile. Although not as famous as the Manifesto for Agile Software Development (aka The Agile Manifesto), the concept of an Agile Enterprise was developed in manufacturing in early 90's, as a solution to the frequent demand for change from the market and as a evolution/replacement to Lean practices.

This webinar is a review of the principles and concepts developed before the publication of the Agile Manifesto and an analysis of the evolution of Agility in the last 25 years.
