Servant Leadership in the PMO
What gets in our way then when we have the opportunity to serve those who are part of our team? Servant Leadership has been a constant consideration when discussing leadership styles. Since the term was introduced in the 70s, it has sparked debate, and its application might seem counterintuitive with the idea of business/professional growth.
