Now more than ever before, organizations managing complex programmes, projects and transformation are constantly challenged to be ethical. Providing a consistent approach to handling challenging situations and decisions is an essential requirement for large global Enterprises as it is crucial for start-ups, Boards, governing bodies and NGOs. Creating an ethical environment in which stakeholders can thrive relies heavily on the introduction and continual maturity of an ethical framework/toolkit including an Ethics Review Committee and a strong passionate ethical leader to drive and educate the organization’s ways of working. In this presentation, members of the PMI Ethics Insight Team provide an overview of the ‘Ethics Toolkit for PMI Practitioners’ and a proposed guideline for roles and responsibilities of those who will be managing ethics and ethical committees.
