It is one thing to progress as a project manager. Moving from smaller projects to larger ones, with increasing scope, expanding responsibility and rising prominence and accountability.

It is an entirely different proposition to become a program manager. While this transition can be an incredibly logical career progression, it is a step change in not just responsibility like role. And like moving into a management role from a doing role, what got you to here isn’t what’s going to enable you to succeed there.

Being a program manager comes with a completely set of responsibilities, has vastly different accountabilities, and employs very different skills. Recognizing what is needed to be successful as you make the transition into a program management role is essential.

If you are a new program manager—or are contemplating making the transition—this is a webinar that you won’t want to miss.
