Project Management

Effective Hybrid Practices

Hybrid life cycles and development approaches are an increasingly popular way to manage projects in organizations. Many organizations now combine aspects of predictive/Waterfall project management with aspects of adaptive/Agile to get the benefits of what both have to offer while reducing the impact of any detriments. Is your organization one of these? Are you looking at adopting a hybrid model but are not sure where to start? If so, this webinar is for you.

Attendees will learn about example models for effective hybrid approaches and best practices to achieve an effective hybrid approach. Which aspects of a project are best suited to predictive approaches versus adaptive approaches, as well as how to bring teams using both approaches together, will be discussed. Attendees will come away with a better idea of what hybrid practices are most effective and how to start developing a hybrid approach.
