Azorian - Project Risks and Rewards

Project Azorian was an originally classified project undertaken by a joint intelligence community/civilian project managers to retrieve a Soviet submarine that was laying far below the Pacific Ocean. This webinar will point out the challenges of this project as well as the risks that were encountered during the project process. This webinar is based on a project management/system engineering course presented to the Department of Defense project managers several years ago. It used a video "Project Azorian" which will not be part of the webinar but will be referenced along with several books on the subject.
