Project HEADWAY: Managing in Toxic and Challenging Environments, Part 2
Overview
Our February 2024 webinar on managing in toxic environments was a huge hit. So much so, that participants identified in feedback surveys that they wanted more.
Some of the questions that were posted included: What are the stages or levels of toxicity that exist? How do you recognize you are in a toxic environment? What are strategies to manage? What can be done to mitigate them? Are there ways to address and challenge toxicity when it’s encountered? How do you know when it is time to leave, and how do you stay sane until you can?
In this follow-up webinar, we’ll dive deep into answers to these questions and more. We’ll provide ground and frameworks to define and evaluate just how toxic your environment is. We’ll explore strategies to address, manage and respond effectively. And we will provide guidance and insight on how to survive while you are there, and how to extricate yourself when you need to.
NOTE: You must watch videos in their entirety and all the way through to the end for our system to record your viewing activity accurately. Learn more about PDUs on ProjectManagement.com.
