Learning Objectives

Apply PMI's ethical principles to workplace situations
Participants will be able to recognize and apply the principles of Respect when addressing ethical challenges and difficult decisions.

Apply respectful practices to communication, stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, team leadership, vendor relationships, and decision-making.
Analyze project scenarios involving assumptions, exclusion, public criticism, and professional disagreement.
Explain how Respect relates to the four elements of PMI’s M.O.R.E. framework.
