Overview
Whenever Steve visits a “PPM org”, he asks, “Who is your PPM Process Owner?” The most frequent answer is, “Uh, I guess I am.” Process management is one of the greatest shortcomings of enterprises today. This presentation provides a high-level understanding of the distinct phases of process design and implementation—and the ongoing process management and process governance required to ensure the continued success of PPM processes.
