Overview

In todays environment, Project Managers are required to work more and more in virtual environments and with teams located in a variety of locations. Well cover the topic of working virtually and what this means for Project Managers today. Well discuss what can do to improve the virtual teams that we manage including everything from the recruitment process to some suggestions for improving team motivation once the project actually gets going. Well use fact based case studies to show examples and what we can do to resolve them. Well critically discuss what we can do to work within the limits of our organisation and how to get started on the right foot with working virtually within your project. Ill suggest how you can limit the impact of project delays as a result of virtual working and what you can do to avoid issues that arise as a result of virtual issues. Well take some time to cover the culture conflicts that can be seen in virtual environment and understanding when Yes may not always mean Yes.

NOTE: You must watch videos in their entirety and all the way through to the end for our system to record your viewing activity accurately. Learn more about PDUs on ProjectManagement.com.
