In this webinar, we will talk about how a leader should behave and work with the team. We will focus on how a product leader inspires and supports the team through product management and development. Then we will introduce three key techniques, delegation, motivation, and creating transparency that a leader can use to address any challenges and create a rewarding environment. We will also describe the interactions between the team members and the leaders and provide 5 tips for handling current organizational challenges.
