Overview

Covid 19 has impacted every sphere of the world and Projects are not an exception. The scenario has unraveled a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) world and taught mankind to totally change the way of working (WoW) in the post pandemic era. As far as projects are concerned, many of the Enterprise Environmental Factors (EEFs) have been impacted during Covid and drastic changes have been effected in those making the factors counter-productive for value creation in a project. The application and inculcation of TQM principles in projects can effect these EEFs to transcend the counter-productive consequences and transform them for value creation.
