Overview

Effective communication doesn’t just involve planning what we want to communicate. It requires thinking about who we want to communicate with. There is an essential—but frequently overlooked—consideration of personal preferences, needs and values that goes into communicating with someone else well. The good news is that there are strategies to employ and ways to think about communication that take personal differences into account. Knowing what to look for, and how personal differences translate into communication preferences, is a skill that can be learned, developed and refined. If you want to communicate more effectively, and be able to recognize and consider the differences in preference of others, this is a webinar you will want to attend.
