Overview
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a marvellous and wonderful thing. What scientists have managed to do with the development of generative AI capabilities is truly incredible.
Professionals around the world are identifying strategies to incorporate AI into their work, in new and imaginative ways. The same is true for project managers.
For everything that AI can do, however, there are many things that it cannot do (or at least, cannot do well or reliably). Being aware of these limitations is critical in thinking about how AI should or should not support your project delivery efforts.
This webinar is a practical exploration of where AI stops being helpful, and occasionally starts being harmful. While acknowledging where AI is useful, it highlights those areas of the project management role and those potential uses that could lead to challenges, or worse, failed projects.
If you are a project manager that is using or AI—or considering how to use it effectively—this is a webinar that you won’t want to miss.
