Motivational Leadership: Energize, Inspire, Achieve!

Motivation is a catalyst for action, marked with enthusiasm and interest.  The core of motivation is the belief that better, more rewarding, and greater achievement is possible.  It is that driving force that motivational leaders tap into when they energize and inspire others to perform at their best and achieve.

Famous motivators include Apple’s founder, Steve Jobs, and five-time championship-winning NFL coach, Vince Lombardi.  And then there’s the rest of us.  Perhaps not so famous and feeling not so motivational in our roles as project and project managers, especially in an environment of remote work and change.
