All projects being investments, our goal should be to maximize the value we deliver for the resources invested. The techniques we’ve covered so far in this series show how to manage scope and duration for maximized value. But work requires resources! And in a multi-project environment, how should they be allocated across projects? This fourth webinar shows how to use three new metrics, Resource Availability Drag (RAD), RAD Cost and the Portfolio DIPP, to allocate resources optimally across a multi-project portfolio.
