Overview
We all want (or at least should aspire) to be the very best project manager we can be. But what does that actually mean? How do we assess where we are? And how do we make choices about where we are going, or what we need to work on or improve in order to get there?
The start of the year is often a time for making resolutions. And yet, for those of us who are project managers, it can often be challenging to know what we should resolve to do. Do we go with our strengths? Compensate for our weaknesses? Focus on management, leadership or technical abilities? And how does this whole ‘talent triangle’ thing factor in to the equation?
Project managers strive to be the best that they can be. But, as agents of change and implementers of strategy, they are pulled in a variety of different directions. They are also presented with a number of different development opportunities. And they frequently claim to have time to deal with very little of it.
In this webinar, Mark Mullaly explores the development challenges of project managers, and suggest a roadmap for on-going improvement. He outlines the development possibilities that are available, and how to assess what is most meaningful and relevant. Regardless of where you are in your project management journey, you’ll gain insights on how you can continue to move to the next level.
Resolve to join us to find out how you can be a better project manager. It may be the one resolution you can keep.
