Overview

This webinar is Part II of a two-part series that is aimed at breaking down the computational content of the PMBOK® Guide and making it more understandable, as well as applicable to the real world.  Student learning will focus on the wide-ranging topic of Earned Value, and its importance in a world where the lack of solid historical data often results in inaccurate estimates.  Payback period and the time value of money will also be discussed, as these areas of financial management continue to grow in importance as program and portfolio management aspects work their way into project manager job descriptions.  The session’s final slide is a one-page comprehensive PMBOK® Guide formula summary sheet.
