Change management is viewed as an essential dimension of virtually every project. Successful outcomes require successfully using the project results. That means those on the receiving end need to be ready, prepared and capable of effectively using those results.

The reality is that change is hard, and good change management is harder. We often describe change management as a process, when in reality is guiding and supporting difficult transitions through painful, messy and awkward emotions.
