Overview
Generative AI holds boundless promise for helping project professionals transform the way they work and enhancing their creativity, productivity and strategic contributions to their organizations. However, there are also risks that must be mitigated in its use. In this session, we will share PMI research on the use of generative AI, including the concerns that project professionals have about its use. Then, a panel of professionals who regularly use generative AI in their projects will share their insights and strategies for how they manage these concerns, and how project leaders and organizations can support professionals in the responsible use of generative AI.
