5 Elements for Successful Continuous Delivery in a DevOps World
In my webinar “Closing the Agile Loop of Continuous Delivery”, we talked about DevOps and how we deliver business value through continuous delivery and the five “Cs” of DevOps:
- Continuous Integration
- Continuous Testing
- Continuous Deployment
- Continuous Monitoring
- Continuous Feedback
Subsequently, I resolved a lot of queries on the principles and values of DevOps (CAMS), team composition and processes that lead to continuous delivery and improved business value. In retrospect, let us pause for a moment and think: What and who facilitates this continuity? It is the project manager who serves as middleman and repairmen for this human-tools DevOps train?
In this article, I will try to highlight the elements that I as a project manager continuously focus on as we embark on the DevOps train of continuous delivery. All the aspects that I will mention in the coming paragraphs stem from the DevOps principles and values:


People
As we know, people are the most important factor for a successful DevOps implementation.
