I talk to a lot of business leaders and to a person, they all say that their people are the biggest differentiator for their business. The people make the company, so having a strong talent strategy can make or break the business. A good talent strategy encompasses two key areas: attraction and retention. Having a meaningful answer to these two questions is key to the long-term success of your organization: how do you attract good people, and how do you cultivate and retain the talent you have?
