How do you prefer to communicate with the team?
It depends on the need. I prefer to use Skype/Lync for instant communication. If going to multiple parties I will use email. If I want a longer term informational communication I prefer the sharepoint or Intranet pages. If the communications needs to be more interactive then a meeting or web conference is best.

love the website. Performance needs improving.
With Project Management, all things are possible!!
The question I received was: "How do you prefer collaborating with team members (virtually, in person, via email only, phone, etc.)?
I have no preference for collaborating, as long it is effective in getting team members to be engaged, respond, and complete the tasks assigned.

How do you prefer collaborating with team members (virtually, in person, via email only, phone, etc.)?
In person is always the best when possible. E-mail is a good way to document information and instructions. I dislike both virtual and phone communications.
