I would include weaknesses and strength both must be looked into for better planning.

I agree. In this case, I was thinking of constraints in terms of resources, or arbitrary milestones.

Robert, that's a great one. Most of the constraints we are dealing with are just in our minds; lack of Imagination/creativity or those limiting beliefs coming from our past or which maybe the sponsor passed along to us together with the project charter
