For me the first one "Take responsibility for your mistakes" is the one I respect the most.
What is the most valuable to you? Why?

Trust is important as it takes time to build but a second to destroy. Without trust, managing a project and your team will be difficult.
I like "treat mistakes as learning opportunities".
Honesty and fairness would be my first choice but since that is not included in list than I would go with "Take responsibility for your mistakes".
I echo Najam on "Take responsibility for your mistakes". I believe that a PM needs to admit when they make mistakes. Brushing it off and dodging it will damage your reputation resulting in a loss of respect for having no spine.

I'm inclined to go with the first one too. accountability plays a big role in building a cohesive team

Trust is very important and taking responsibility of your mistakes is the first step. Thanks for sharing this, Vincent.

Seem we mostly take the first, I find "Treat mistakes as learning opportunities" a very good companion to the first!
It is all about trust and turning mistakes to positive . Thanks for sharing
