Thank you for sharing this podcast. Very apt summary of what we have been experiencing and witnessing in the name of Digital transformation for last many years. Like you mentioned it has become a cliché and missing the value management disciplines. I worked in service industry for 15 years and got a chance to work on transformation for 10 years for different industry client. So many times, management's inclination is to tag every initiative, even fixing the basics and delivering baseline performance as transformation. You have highlighted some great points and I think everyone should listen to this to understand what mistakes should be avoided and what does real digital transformation means. Thank you
