About this Blog

My goal in this life is to spread kindness and love while helping and supporting others. I love to teach and I love to learn. I am happiest when supporting others. However, there are times when I wonder who is supporting me.

I am an adjunct professor in undergraduate business at Southern New Hampshire University. and an accomplished, owner/operator of a local small business. I completed my doctorate (DBA)  in March 2021. Having multiple jobs and roles can be exhausting and extremely stressful.

My passion is sharing knowledge while gathering more. I am an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion and I always seek to bring out the abilities and gifts in every individual. I am highly skilled at project management and hope to begin teaching it at the university level.
