About this Blog
Working in different roles and gaining invaluable experience.
I have been involved in Project Management for over 18 years in my IT career. I have seen the good, bad, and the ugly side of it.
Project Management is an Art and Science that depends heavily on good communication skills, trust, and leadership skills. Always have a plan B & C when plan A is not working. Present three solutions to select from. The quick temporary fix, buy some additional time, and the long term solution.
Lean / Agile / Waterfall to achieve results when you take the buffet approach to project management by creating a tailored Hybrid-Plus to meet the needs of the organization.
All eyes on that critical path.
Just keep it simple... KANBAN / KAIZEN
