Are You A Valuable Team Member?

 

You are too busy running your project to hold the hands of your project team members every step of the way.  You need to be able to count on your team members to take initiative and manage themselves at some level, and to check their own performance against established benchmarks.  Here is a checklist you can distribute to every team member to help them set their own goals, monitor their own conduct on the project, and know what is expected of them. It will prepare them for their personal performance assessments down the road.
