Acceptance test every software product you develop, according to documented functionality and performance requirements and acceptance criteria stated in test plans. If your software product isn't ready for prime time because it doesn't satisfy user requirements, this checklist will help identify the things that need to be fixed. It includes the 14 most common categories of acceptance criteria that need to be satisfied migrating your system into production.

To use this template, you will fill in the actual criteria within each category, note whether it is critical AND if it has been satisfied.
