While the resource plan will often speak to roles, responsibilities and effort estimates, a separate consideration is the skills that are required to fulfill those roles effectively.

The skill requirements worksheet and questionnaire is a planning tool to support thinking about the expertise and skills that you need in your project team. An additional consideration once the required skills are defined is determining how they will be recruited and evaluated.

You can use this template to plan resource needs and recruitment strategies for both internal and external resources.
