Prioritization Criteria Template
The template lists nine suggested criteria by which each initiative can be rated. It also provides the suggested weightings to use. Finally, It lists the suggested choices for assigning a score to each criteria for each initiative. Think of the template as a place to start. Use it to craft your own Priority Optimization Template.
