Scale as Needed. There may be some things in this template that you don’t need. Scale it as needed.
Use the Sponsor. You may not know the answers to many of the items on this template. Make sure you talk at length with the potential sponsor. They can offer you a great deal of direction and support.
Danger, Will Robinson. A project proposal is not a project plan! It simply provides the project manager with the authority to plan the project. Nothing more, nothing less. As a result, the estimated numbers in the project proposal tend to be at a very high-level.
