  • Current technology platforms of systems that interface with the required package, noting any expected changes
  • Target technology platforms of the application package, including options for cost, reliability, flexibility, risk, ease of use, ease of maintenance
  • Technical standards to which the package must adhere
  • Technology that is new to the organization, including its current level of maturity and expected benefits and risks
