Stakeholder Management Plan
Format: Plan
Project stakeholder management describes the processes required to identify people, groups or organizations that could impact or be impacted by the project, to analyze stakeholder expectations and their impact on the project--and to develop appropriate management strategies for effectively engaging stakeholders in project decisions and execution. This template includes fields to track each stakeholder's view/attitude/role toward the project, as well as plan their communication needs and methods. It also has fields to log relationships, pending changes and engagement approaches. For more information on each field, place your cursor over each header.
