With most projects, and with specific reference to construction projects, it is very important to record lessons learned details, which will help address issues in future projects. As a project manager, it is one of the deliverables that will be archived during the closing of the project. From the initiation to the closing stages of a project, different problems arise that may or may not affect project cost and schedule outcomes. We must record these in a specific format that will act as a reference document for future projects. This template is prepared considering the activities involved in construction projects, but it can be modified for different project purposes.
