Format: Log

The event trigger list allows you to log trigger conditions (defined events) to their corresponding standard operating procedure and policies. Governing procedures and policies guide actions to be taken when a specified event happens. An event trigger may be a risk condition with a corresponding risk response, written as a SOP. Identifiers and actionable attributes may be associated with an event trigger (e.g., whether to inform the client or notify the PMO) when a known event occurs. Additional data required may be added to the record/table. Customize this worksheet to create a corporate template to list identified event triggers for your project.
