Format: Evaluation Assessment

This template has been developed for doing an assessment of your PMO function by measuring effectiveness and return on investment (ROI). Users must rate the 10 benchmark questions on a scale of 1 (most critical) to 5 (least critical) as they relate to the organization's specific needs and priorities. Then rate how the PMO is doing with each of the 10 questions with a score of 1 (low) to 5 (high), and fill out the four actual/expected cost/revenue fields (Row 15 to 18) in the PMO Assessment tab. It is a flexible template, as the PMO Assessment criteria and the benchmark can be updated as and when needed.
