I'm not a lot of movies, but I have a group of graduate students who do, so I want to take advantage of that hobby for the subject, what movies do you recommend related to PM? As to make analogies and illustrate the perspective of PMI. Thanks in advance

I propose "The Aeronauts" for consideration: How two experts with different purposes collaborate on an exploratory mission, building on past experiences to manage risks and ambition for safety towards achieving the unknown for the betterment of life for all. The contribution of binoculars from a kin....the endurance of hardship.... PM cost-effectiveness may be improved by symbiosis of projects, the look out for 'by-products/projects' of projects, foreseeing the output of projects and creating outcomes/benefits beyond the project...

The Social Network and The Wolf of Wall Street are representative examples of movies with Project Management themes.

As sometimes we get stuck in projects that are challenging and stressful, I would like to recomend Amélie (2001) - Directed by Jean-Pierre Jeunet. This is a French film features the main character engaging in a series of personal projects aimed at spreading kindness and happiness.

The good doctor web series is certainly a good choice to learn something great about leadership.

The making of any movie apparently requires a very strict and tight project management approach, methodology and style as movie making requires the use of expensive resources so scheduling and resource management are paramount to the movies success. If you can find a movie about the behind the scenes of the making of a movie then this would give your students a good insight in this process and what can be expected from them in the future.
Indeed, Film and TV production is all about Project and Team Management. The process can be surprisingly complex with producers and Production Managers needing to work with and manage multiple teams in myriad disciplines in order to bring it all together to the end product we see on the screen. As a PMP with over 20 year film/tv production experience, I believe the creative industries are largely untapped from a PMI growth perspective.
