Our organisation, probably many others are currently- either focusing on Managed Services expansion.
As Project Professionals (or my opinion? Is that our Transition SLA Agreements should be part of Bid /RFI and Development| Project / Product Development phase. That way when Transition/Operations phases are set within Contractual phases.
Can anyone provide some insight or robust process steps or frameworks that have relative success criteria or lessons learned - Focusing on Infrastructure Managed Services + Network Security Frameworks.
